Designed for desk or wall mounting, this one-line, analog TrimStyle phone is a great fit for any hotel guestroom. Moisture-resistant surfaces and antibacterial plastic protect guests and staff from germs. Large visual message waiting indicator is compatible with all major PBXs. If faceplates and configuration is desired, please follow instructions below. If you wish to order less than 36 phones, please call. A $6 charge per phone will apply, when ordering less than 36 phones with faceplates and programming.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-4 weeks from time of order. All phones are shipped with custom faceplates & programming unless specified otherwise. Phones without faceplates & programming typically ship within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Fees:

Additional charges may be assessed based on each individual order. You will be contacted personally with any shipping charge changes that may occur on your order that differ from the calculated shipping at checkout. Reasons for shipping charge changes include, but aren't limited to:

Accepting Delivery:

Our ground shipping carrier of choice is UPS. If any item is clearly damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about any item being damaged or missing, you MUST do the following:

Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
Do not refuse delivery
Keep your copy of the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours at 1-800-526-8224
Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the delivery receipt, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without noting any damages, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable/good condition.

Returns:

Vtech Hotel Phones with programming and custom faceplates are non-returnable. Non-programmed and non-custom Vtech Hotel Phones are returnable, if they are unused and in the original packaging. Any return where the packaging/product is damaged, not in resellable condition or which requires repackaging, is subject to a restock fee.
