Drain Shelves also known as False Bottoms are constructed of 1mm thick stainless steel. False Bottoms keep food elevated above steam table pan bottom and can be used for draining or maintaining foods that shouldn’t sit in liquids or juices. Finger holes provide easier removal from the pan. Available for full and half size pans. Pan Grates for steam pans are chrome plated and can be used as a cooling or icing rack.
