Steam Table Pans are constructed of durable, 23-gauge 18/8 stainless steel. Full shoulders around pan prevent jamming when stacked and provide added strength for longer life. Double reinforced corners and impact-resistant edge holds shape under the toughest conditions. The 6” deep Spillage Pan (#SWP6) protects steam table from water spillage and assists in controlling food’s temperature. It also features an upright standing edge. Pans and covers sold separately.
