All flags 2'x3' through 10'x15' are supplied with embroidered stars for exceptional beauty. Flags 12'x18' and larger offer sewn stars. In sizes 3'x5' through 6'x10 there are heavy white polyester canvas headings and #2 solid brass rolled-rim tooth grommets to ensure durability. Size 8'x12' and larger feature extra heavy, white polyester canvas headings with nylon rope and galvanized metal thimbles for the added strength needed for larger flags. Nylon: Lightweight and close weave enable it to fly in the slightest breeze, giving the fullest visual effect. Polyester: Made of 100% spun polyester, its 1x2 ply construction makes it ideal for extreme weather conditions.

• Nylon Flags are crafted using aniline-dyed, 100% heavyweight 200-denier nylon bunting. Nylon material is fast drying and treated to resist fading; flies in the slightest breeze. Finished with white poly/cotton header.
• Polyester Flags are made using 2-ply, 100% polyester bunting. The open weave construction reduces wind resistance, increasing flag life. The Poly-Max™ material is extremely durable and ideal for commercial applications and high wind areas. Finished with white poly-cotton header.
• Embroidered Stars - All flags 2’ x 3’ through 15’ x 25’ are supplied with large embroidered stars for exceptional beauty.
• Headers - Sizes 3’ x 5’ through 6’ x 10’ uses 100%, 10 oz. cotton duck heading and solid brass #2 grommets to ensure durability and stability. Sizes 8’ x 12’ and larger feature extra heavy, 100%, 10 oz. cotton ducking headings with nylon rope and galvanized thimbles for added strength.
• Rope Thimble - 8' x 12' and larger flags include plated steel rope thimbles. Thimbles are attached to white rope used a triple-crimped rope sleeve. The length of the rope is sewn into the header to stabilize its position and prevent bunching.
• Grommets To ensure stability and durability, brass grommets are used in addition to rope headings of 10’ x 15’ and greater. They are spaced evenly throughout the length of the header. 10' x 15' and 12' x 18' flags have one grommet. 15' x 25' flags have three grommets.
• Grommet Reinforcement - 8' x 12' and larger flags include a heavy-duty plastic reinforcement sleeve at each grommet location.
